Griff Aviation AS is in an exciting growth phase where we develop and deliver advanced UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) to the professional market. We are now looking for a Operations / Production Engineer who is passionate about improving processes, collaborating with experts, and contributing to the development of world-class technology.
As a Operations / Production engineer with us, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and quality-driven production processes. You will work closely with our team of highly qualified specialists in electronics, mechanics, and avionics. The work will take place at our headquarters in Sykkylven – surrounded by scenic surroundings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Streamlining production processes and production flow
- Procurement of production equipment and tools
- Following up on projects from start to finish
- Technical point of contact for both customers and employees
- Administration of master data in ERP systems
- Designing and planning production lines, fixtures, and associated solutions
- Planning and preparation for new products
- Initiating, following up, and quality assurance of production processes
- Technical project management to ensure project completion
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering education in mechanical engineering, production technology, industrial design, or similar
- Experience with ERP systems and master data management
- Practical experience from production or technical project management is an advantage
- Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
