Uredd 2026

Griff Aviation will be represented at Næringskonferansen Uredd 2026, taking place on March 19 in Ålesund. Thomas Klungsøyr, will speak on the topic “Ledelse når verden vakler” as part of the conference’s leadership program.

Organized by Næringsforeningen i Ålesundregionen, Uredd brings together voices from across industry, research, media, and culture to explore decision-making, responsibility, and leadership in an increasingly complex world.

This year’s theme, “holde hodet kaldt,” reflects a reality many organizations are navigating: rising uncertainty, geopolitical tension, and growing pressure on leaders to make sound decisions under difficult conditions. Now more than ever, clarity under pressure matters.

Thomas will join a program featuring speakers including Cecilie Hellestveit, Natalia Golis, Deeyah Khan, Fredrik Solvang, Martin Bech Holte, and Marius Jones. The conference is moderated by Heidi Nakken.

At Griff, these themes are closely tied to how we operate. Building mission-critical aerial systems requires discipline, responsibility, and the ability to stay clear-headed in complex environments — both in engineering and in leadership.
