# Griff Aviation

> Griff Aviation designs, engineers, and manufactures heavy-lift unmanned aerial systems (UAVs), precision-built in Sykkylven, Norway. Platforms lift payloads from 30 to 60 kg and are certified to aviation-grade standards for logistics, industry, and emergency response in demanding environments.

Founded in 2015, Griff Aviation builds drones around a modular architecture supporting a wide range of payloads and mission profiles. The company worked closely with the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority as UAV regulations were first established, and all design and production are rooted in Norway with a sovereign supply chain. The product philosophy emphasizes robustness and reliability — systems built to endure rather than disposable tools.
